Tami Kuhns

Tami Kuhns

Executive Director

Tami has been working at CSC since 2008 and has held various positions before becoming the Executive Director. Her responsibilities include managing staff, writing grants, establishing budgets, managing operational finances, overseeing CSC programs, fundraising, social media, event planning, payroll, reducing budget costs, and product ordering. She has also served on the Community Flood Impact Committee and is a member of Leadership Fort Smith class of 2020. Tami has attended many continuing education classes to improve her skills and better serve CSC. She lives in Leflore County, OK, with her husband Jeff and are proud parents to three daughters and have two grandchildren.

 

Aubry Severe

Aubry Severe

Director of Operations

Aubry has been on staff at the CSC since 2016. Before taking on this role, Aubry worked as a caseworker and Office Manager at the CSC. Her responsibilities are diverse and include overseeing the Meals for Kids program and managing the onsite food pantry. In addition, she assists in managing social media, website updates, volunteers, grant writing, and day-to-day office needs. Aubry also organizes the Hope for the Holiday program.

Prior to joining the CSC staff, Aubry volunteered for three years through the Hope for the Holidays program. She is a lifelong resident of Pocola, OK and resides there with her husband Grant and their two boys.

Chloe McConnell

Community Impact Coordinator

Chloe became a part of the CSC team in August 2023, taking on the position of Community Impact Coordinator. In this role, she is responsible for coordinating two major fundraisers: the True Grit Bike Ride and the Game of Throws Baggo Tournament. Beyond that, Chloe will actively engage with the community, raising awareness about the CSC. She will also contribute to the creation of marketing materials and handle a range of diverse tasks to support the CSC. 

 

Chloe is currently a student at UAFS where she is majoring in media communications and is a member of Delta Gamma. She will graduate in December of 2023. Chloe is originally from NWA but has been in Fort smith for the last few years. In her off time she enjoys spending time with friends and family. 

Sammie Kuhns

Casework Supervisor

Sammie has been a valued member of the staff since 2021. Her role involves a range of responsibilities, including client intake, referring clients to other community resources, managing daily and monthly client counts, and assisting with the organization of the Hope for the Holidays program. Sammie also oversees pantry organization and the on-site job board, in addition to various other daily tasks.

Before joining the CSC team, Sammie volunteered at the organization for several years. She is a lifelong resident of Pocola, OK and enjoys spending time with her family and friends when she is not at work.

Emma Damato

Emma Damato

Caseworker

Emma has been a dedicated Caseworker at The Community Services Clearinghouse since 2023, where she plays a vital role in the organization. Her responsibilities include client intake, referring clients to other community resources, and overseeing the organization of the pantry. She also collects dropped-off donations and manages other daily activities as needed.

Emma currently resides in Fort Smith with her family.In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family.

David Ross

David Ross

Warehouse Manager

David has been an integral part of The CSC since 2012. His daily responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including donation pick-ups, organizing deliveries for the Meals for Kids program, overseeing the Meals for Kids food organization, maintaining vehicles, picking up food drive donations, and handling any other daily activities that require his attention.

David resides in Fort Smith, AR, and enjoys spending time with his three children and five grandchildren outside of work.
